A Winter's Tale (2016) |

A Winter's Tale is the debut studio album by the Norweigan death-doom band Abyssic. It was released on February 25, 2016 via Osmose Productions.
Background[]
Though Abyssic Dreams was initially founded in 1997, by Susperia-member Memnoc (with assistence from drummer Athera), the project appeared short-lived and only recorded a 2-song demo. However, Abyssic Dreams was brought back to life in 2012 (as Abyssic), that time around featuring Memnoc and Andre Aaslie (Gromth). A Winter's Tale is the first official release and offers a superb serving of killer symphonic doom/death metal.
