1985 is a studio album by the Japanese experimental rock band Boris. It would be released exclusively to members of Boris' 'Heavy Rock Party' fan club and limited to 800 copies.[1] The songs presented were all recorded in 2011, in the same sessions as 2011's New Album..
New recordings of "Tears" and "u fu fu" would appear on the Tears E.P. released in 2019. "Epithere" and "in/out/in/out" would both appear on 2018's Secrets, along with a fragment of "Week End".
